Jado looks like Jagi. Jagi is Ken's brother. But he generally sucks at life.

@bulletproofjerry So it's EXACTLY like that TYuyu Hakusho game for the SNES?
-
The characters for this game were so unoriginal. Half of them were just re-skins of existing (dead) characters.
-
@hibikino My thoughts exactly. I'd rather play that than this, and I love HnK way more than YYH.

Does Kenshiro rip his shirt off in this game?

i remember this game back in late 95... i always wanted to get it for Saturn, along with Street Fighter II Movie...

@theXaint I was meaning that you can get in North America, not who made it.
Luckily, it looks like Koei is releasing their new Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage in North America.
Basically, the outcome of each turn depends on the kind of move both players select, the amount of stamina they have at the time, and who filled the ougi bar first.

The more powerful the move is, the more stamina is taken from the bottom bar. If stamina drops below the indicator you won't be able to attack and your turn will end. Dodges and parries refill the stamina gauge, but blocking takes a little HP in the process.
If you think fast and see your opponent's super coming, you can place a defensive move in that turn and then mount an attack of your own. It's tricky at first, but it works for me.

Once you select your moves with circle, you must press square again to charge your ougi. If you fill it before your enemy does you get to attack first (your move must be a higher category than your opponent's or else he'll start the attack).
In the scroll list, attacks appear in white. Defensive moves in yellow. Super moves in red.

There appear to be four levels of moves: attack lv1(yellow), attack lv2(light orange), attack lv3/defensive(dark orange) and super(red). As the slider moves you press square to stop in one of the categories, then scroll down to choose the kind of move, which obviously varies in use of stamina and amount of damage inflicted.
