@XeroCypher42 OpenCongress-dot-org gives voting records for congress, check it out, see who practices what they preach..dont let yourselves be played by bs/special interests.

Just watch Fox/Wallace 'interview' the other candidates...can you see the difference? Romney is the 'choice' of Fox. This 'interview' is completely scripted and total bs. Smoke and mirrors my friends. The Main Stream Media (all of them) is corrupted, biased, and 'bought and paid for'.

@AlbaGoBragh I'm sorry but you really believe that insurance companies do not abuse their customers? They deny half of the services you should be getting. They over charge you. I pay $200 a month for Blue Cross, I went to the doctor for Chantix because I want to quit smoking, my insurance company said "we won't pay a dime for that". It is $150 a month for 4 months to be on Chantix. So that means I would pay my ins comp $200 and the med is $150 that is $350 a mth which is insane!

Romney is a piece of shit.

@pluto4847 It is a very bad idea to give government that kind of power to tell a private business how much they can charge.
How would you feel if the government cut your paycheck by 20% based on some arbitrary research? That is what you are asking the gov to do to the insurance companies.
Insurance companies charge high rates not to abuse their customers but to compensate for all the insurance fraud they have to deal with and all the government regulations imposed on them.

Mandate lower costs and I'll be in 100% support of it? If Health Insurance can be mandated for all, can't lower costs be part of it?
All you have to do is sign a bill lowering the costs?
I don't think it would hurt. The Insurance Companies abuse the profit margin anyway. Instead of using the premiums to help cancer patients, they travel on Private jets living the easy life.
-
So what can be done about costs? Can lower costs be mandated in any form?

@pluto4847 Health care laws should be decided by the states, as Romney's was. What they needed in Mass. we might not have needed in PA, etc. Let the states decide what they want to do. Is Romneycare perfect? No way, and I might add that Romney had to make some serious concessions to the democrat legislature at the time.
-
@pluto4847 exactly - just goes to show that republicans & democrats are all part of the same corrupt system dominated by big money interests that get off by raping the people - the middle class as well as the poor
to MANDATE is TYRANNY

Its so disgusting how he claims his plan is saving lives. Then he claims his plan is different because...? Oh its a state program. Oh and he didn't raise taxes he just borrowed from the Fed. He is wolf in sheeps clothing. His mouth is saying what we want to here but his eyes and his actions lie.
