  • Like it or not, cardio and good nutrition are crucial to getting down to the low body fat percentage that's needed to get your abs to show.

    ""Regular"" cardio isn't as bad as he's making it out to be, but High Intensity Interval Training IS better.

  • @Z3ro42 the real truth about abs is that you need your body fat to be below 10% to get them to show, and the way to do that is to eat right, stay active, and workout.   • @Slaterking2010 yes you can do a bunch of cardio and lift weights and get a six pack because we all have abs the only reason they aren't showing is cuz the fat covering them.
