hi! im very grateful for you making all these video! they have helped me to learn a lot with my nunchuks, thing that i couldnt do since i live in central america and we dont have a lot of those schools over here.

i have a noobie question: in the basic 1, 2, 3 that Cooper has talked about, how do you do for not striking yourself so badly when doing it at full speed? i normally just hit myself XD
