  • I bet if you asked him "What was it like making Battlefield Earth?" he would of said "Well, that was rather easy. You see, we had a script that made too much sense and could of been a great film, so we had to give it to failed screenwriter, Corey Mandell, to dumb it down. As for the costumes, we had the crew pillage the old Star Trek set, and the camerwork? We figured this movie's going to Hell anyways, so why not slant it?

  • @raymondleeleggs The man has got talent. I just dont think he should be in the directors chair. I remember the other sci-fi film he directed called "Starship", or "Lorca And The Outlaws". Wich was just as awfull as BF:Earth.

  • @RyanStileswliia you do realize that Battlefield earth was just one movie out of what appears to be a decent filmography of over at least 20 films. One bad film should not doom a director to shame.

  • Ahhh!!.. Does not the good book say "Though shall beware the man who makes the Battlefield Earth movie"??
