Did you learn this as a youth or as you got older? You really talk about the important things to do to improve posture.

Great video. You touch on two major points. One is to gain good posture initially. Tall posture = lengthening the spine. Also you mention that one is to raise the sternum. This will allow more oxygen. Very good points. I disagree with one point. Those with poor posture may initially try to raise the shoulders as well. For a collapsed chest to raise one must keep the shoulders held higher than the person usually keeps them. After adjusting shoulders to a higher position, then relax.
