Central banks may not be waiting to find out if major currencies -- the euro or the US dollar -- will collapse or be devalued. They are stocking up on gold. IMF data shows Mexico added close to 17 tons of gold to its reserves in March. Turkey, Russia and Kazakhstan are buying gore too. We speak with GoldMoney founder James Turk about why he thinks central banks could be guarding themselves from the confetti cannon currency being shot around the globe.

And in the US, we've seen oil prices become a political football in an election year. We'll look at what the onion market can teach us about oil speculation. What is really to blame for higher oil prices?

The US government doesn't have a printing press. the Federal Reserve has a printing press. Different animals altogether.

European governments no longer have printing presses no longer have printing presses either since the establishment of the European Central Bank and the Euro currency.

I saw this video recording because I eventually got really anxious about the economy and had no clue how to cope. Cash certainly does not mean anything any more. Thus I thought I would do a little groundwork and stumbled on Goldiverse. I am just so fortuitous, I can certainly change my personal savings from cash to many different currencies, to any precious metal as soon as I need. The authorities can go and take a jump for all I care. Just Google and bing it  Goldiverse.
