i never saw that ray is amazing, im a huge segovia fan, but you gotta admit he only compliments players that sound exactly like him, i.e. christopher parkening and others i stil think segovias the best, todays players need to slow down and PLAY the guitar, its not a note spitting machine buy some segovia recordings and learn how to speak with the guitar

what? a lot of the players went on to be successful. Now, international recording artists may be a different thing but Segovia was a lightning rod for the guitar as its repertoire would be nowhere without him...
