@abbyejames1 LOL...... I guess you were having a ""duh"" moment when reading my comment... where I state "I know what sign language is" bc that wasn't what I was asking.... but whatever... someone else answered my question that you didn't SEE ;)

@Jessy9584 American Sign Language...its how mute and deaf people communicate...in a nutshell...

Love it by the way!!!!! But I'm lost in the comments below.... I know what ASL is but what's SEE... is it just visual hand dance or something lol.... but seriously I'd like to know....

I see others already commented but I wanted to add that this was a good effort and I'm sure you worked hard on it but it's hard to understand because the signs are very distorted by your large movements. Did someone teach you this was the correct way? I was just wondering. As others said this is not ASL and really you had no facial expression which takes away a lot of the message since much of the grammar is in the face. Keep learning from Deaf people and you'll get there! smile

Yep, it's SEE. I have a video of this as well in SEE. Yours is great but I always try to make sure people know it's SEE and not true ASL (which I would love to get better at)

I think you are amazing I am trying to teach my daughter sign language for this song she has some newly found hearing loss.

Try to be more clear in your signing. Many of the handshapes and signs are lost in the swishiness of your movement. Also try adding facial expression, you smiled at the end and and this might be very touching if you smiled once in a while. You can still convey the feeling of the music without blurring all the signs together. Kudos on not mouthing the words.

Try not to be so um swishy with your signing it's ok to stay in one place. Also try adding some facial expression. You can still convey the feeling of the music without moving so much. For instance when you are doing the sign for ACTION or DO it looks like you are signing a flowy skirt because the hand shape is completely lost. Basically try to sign more clearly but kudos for not mouthing the words. :)
