  • @soldier93rus there is only so much i can put into 500 characters per comment so if you wish to know more drop me an pm and i can maybe help you and your brother out. i know how hard it is i used to be addicted to nicotine and now i have kicked it

  • @soldier93rus It's just like any other addiction while you do not need it your brain makes you think you need it. try holding your breath, see how you can only hold it for so long well thats your brain telling the rest of your body to breath because you need air to live thats what happens when you get addited to something you brain thinks you need it to live when you dont. so in short yes it's very hard to stop smokeing.as to getting your brother to stop he needs will power to stop

  • Hey Cody or anyone else on this matter, is it really that hard to quit smoking? Is it really that hard because of the nicotine? Please don't take offense to the question. I have a brother who smokes a lot, like 5-7 packs a week and on stress weeks about 8 packs. I care about his health but is there anything I can do to help him?
