A vid from Meredith's POV, basically meredith has two choices she can either be with Derek or not. Derek has said he loves her, he wants to marry her, have kids with her, grow old with her, die in her arms, he wants a lifetime. Meredith is afraid and doesn't know what to do because even though she loves Derek she is not ready for all of this but she doesn't want to loose him either.
