I had 4 lvl 3 15's and sold them... And they were great, And I was thinking about buying dc sub again, Anyway how low can these xl get?? im lookin at either two 12's or 10's like yours

I now have a pair of 12'' level 4s with a blowthrough. The xls are low end monsters and are way more bottom heavy than the level 4s. I might upgrade to more power and xls somewhere down the line because they are absolute beasts.

do you have the stock elecrical or did you uprade alt/batt/etc? bout to order a 12 inch xl for my ext cab 150 and then preorder a sundown 2000d! cant wait

I have a 200a ohio gen alt and a powermaster xs1200 up front and I did the big 3 with 1/0. That will be a good combo, love my xl. I'm trading it for a pair of 12'' lv4s with lv5 coils and doing a blowthrough though...should be done by mid may.

do you know how the sound quality compares for the lvl4 vs lvl4 xl?? I know the difference in the power handling, but im worried about the sq getting worse as you go up.

Ive got DD's right now and if i change it up its gotta be worth it

im not sure about fi so thats why im looking at dc.. im so mixed up right now though. and opinions on the fi or dc would be helpful
