I do not fault the crew for the delay, but someone at the airline IS at fault for not having a plan B during an event similar to this. Apparently there are no laws currently that mandate any action be taken after a certain number of hours passes. Even if the delay was twelve, fifteen hours, forcing passengers to stay on the plane is all legal. In a post-9/11 world, forget about raising your voice or causing a fuss on board an aircraft, as everyone is well aware you can be detained for making any kind of commotion.
The theory behind the media storm swirling from this clip will be featured in my upcoming book on social engineering .. HAXXED.TV :D cheers.

no he didn't, I asked about five times, they said it was "too dangerous" to let regular passengers onto the ramp, as the plane was a good 200 yards from any terminal. Still, they let non-rev employees off the plane.
if I have my own airlines and such thing happen, i will give people beer and cigarettes, food and snacks, and probably even call hookers to come relief the passengers while waiting...
this was very informative, but!!! this is not delta airlines. it was a coshare I believe skywest the only reason why I say this is because the size... but you are right delta got all the blame.. thank god delta dropped that shitty airlines.
