By the way, she's singing the
song with the man that composed
the music to it (and many other
classics), Harold Arlen. Listen to her version of 'House of Flowers" on the same album. Maybe kathaluna will post it. Thank you kathaluna.

To those that don't think this is as good as other versions: It's kind of like going to Walt Whitman and saying you don't agree with his interpretation of Leaves of Grass. Arlen wrote the damn song and he sings it here. This whole album with him and Barbra is great. His version of Blues in the Night is spectacular.

@yrestless1 yes i love glee but barbra has her own little thing that she does how she changes her voice with the music but i love lea!

@stevesg92 you're probably right. If I listened to Lea singing this live I would probably like Barbra's version better ;)

@neverlandseeker Also you're probably not used to real singing.. this was recorded in 67... basically what you're hearing is how Bab's voice sounded like exactly identical to her voice live and Glee's version well...it's been enhanced by today's technology.... but to each his own
