@brakingthehabits Eh, that's true. All the same, FOUR years after the series is finished, die-hard Zutarians still whine about how the story itself was written wrong, like Bryke made a mistake. Not all, but a great deal. And they changed it for a reason, right? More than they didn't want to *do* Zutara, but personally wanted to do Kataang. It's reason enough for me.

@joelmontirox9 Katara's 14 and Zuko's 16 in the series, not much of a difference. That's the same arguement for Aang and Katara cuz Aang's 12 and Katara's 14, and if you wanna get technical, he's 112 so that would Aang a pedofile, so age isn't a rational arguement, Zutara could've happened.

I really don't understand Kataang, I mean, Aang's a little kid who should be more like a little brother, while Zuko and Katara seem a lot more like a realistic couple. Fighting usual happens to most people before they date, well, at least it does for me. Fight a guy, then slowly come to realise they're cute and stuff. Katara and Zuko also are a better team and, as the saying goes, opposites attract.

I think that pretty much summed up my opinion. Even though in another universe Zutara could be fine entertainment.

Zutara. The two worked so well together in the finale (against Azula), and I never could get into Kataang. Katara just seemed too much like a mother to Aang, and I felt like if the two got together, it'd be a cute little awkward fling that wouldn't last as a longterm romantic pairing.

I don't even see why Zuko would even be remotely interested in Katara. But then again, the fandom always had it's own logic about everything.

People only like Zutara 'cause they're a hot pairing. There really isn't any other reason beside that. At least, that's how I see it.

But Kataang is logic and just plain damn obvious! I prefer the pairing with actual reasons than a pairing that is good together just because they are hot.
