Palm Pre WebOS 1.4 Video Camera Recording with "Flashlight Patch"

NOTE: I will be uploading another video featuring the "Flashlight Patch" Soon. This Video was my first attempt.

This is a video recording test with my Palm Pre using WebOS 1.4
I'm using the Video Camera Flashlight Patch which enables you to use the flash as a flashlight while your recording video. You may also Enable and Disable the Flashlight anytime during recording! This video was uploaded via my Palm Pre. Enjoy!

This Patch is now available via Preware. This patch also requires the SysMgrTools Service. Credit for the Video Camera Flashlight patch and SysMgrTools Service goes to Jason Robitaille.

That part of the room was pitch black. Only where the computer was had a little light.

Im scared to update my pre to 1.4 i've had 2 before this pre. The first pre i updated it with 1.4 and my ringtones wouldn't preview so the store gave me a new one, the second one was updated and the phone shut off everytime i closed the screen. the store gave me yet another one but warned me it would be the last one iqet from them. idk what to do.

Thanks alot for the info and link to video recording patch. I've downloaded it and it works like a charm. Makes video recording on the pre alot more useful especially in dim and dark places.

Nice..just downloaded the patch as well. This makes the video camera 10x more usable than the iPhones.
