  • I could have named a lot more than six.

  • @liduck52 Alright, hey look 6 players (one that hasn't played the whole time). Want me to name the other 3 million they haven't. You're outleagued and have no valid argument, don't get me started.

  • @playoffexpert1 Did the Yankees buy Mantle? And how about Jeter,Bernie Williams,

    Rivera,Cano,Pettite,etc?Where they come from?

  • Ralph Terry was the pitcher.

  • JOE CARTERS WORD SERIES WINNING WALK-OFF HOMERUN off Mitch Williams in 1993 was even better. I may be aittle biased though.

  • Pirates -3

  • @thomas58ish Ike was a great President the last great president this country will ever have :( I do hate the Yankees in every aspect of sports entertainment. The reason is because they destroy the game by buying players which is due to baseball not having a salary cap. ;( I just hope they go to WS and lose in 4 to the Giants ! Better yet since the economy sinks due to the worse president this country will ever have bring on a game 7 and just let history repeat itself one more time !!!!

  • I love how he continually swings his helmet & arms like a Dominique Wilkins windmill slam dunk as he rounds the bases. It's reminiscent of Gibson's fist pump hobbling in '88. The Pirates were outscored by 28 runs over 7 games but still managed to win the series. Poor Pirates still haven't recovered from Sid Bream beating out Bonds wienie arm in '92.

  • When I was 9, I once hit a game winning HR.

  • @Skippy1041 yeah ur right, sorry about that, too used to having yogi behind the plate, but Mickey was still in the area
