Summertime (funky version)

This song was recorded in the summer of 2008 at my small project studio. Im 15 and have taught myself all i know about recording so its a basic standard but we are pleased with the result. The song itself is based around the classic summertime but has been altered by us. It was recorded and mixed by me and the musicians involved were: Alex Byard-Cooke (me) Hannah Ward, James Carr and Jess Donk

what would suggest is turning the gain down on your room mic because it eliminates the room noise and it sounds like a treated room. the gain nob is probably on your mixer. also, put a noise gate or a denoiser and your finish product will sound completley proffesional. btw i love the song and your drumming. keep up the awesome work
