I wish I had been an oligarch in Yeltsin"s Russia. Worst part is that Putin let all the rich people from Yeltsin time to keep their money as long as they would pay taxes and stay out of politics.
Not fair that Yeltsin sold companies worth of billion dollars to young morons for a few million.
