Kudos. First class musicianship. Anybody that can play a good cover of a Rush song is a good musician.

These guys are doing a helluva job. This is no easy task. It's easy to find fault......when all you have to do is sit and observe. Go ahead...try it yourself. Recreate a RUSH tune on your own...give it a whirl.....

The drummer is doing a great job keeping the time and bass drum pedal rolls! The bassist is also doing great. The sound of the drums sound close to the warm texture like on the album. Glad they didn't try to sing the song, that's close to impossible!! Awesome just to play anything off that album which gets no exposure since probably the Kings tour. Great job.

@rematpac I agree with you that finding a singer that can have the same voice quality as Geddy Lee but I disagree with you on the aspect that anybody can do a Rush cover. Being an intermdiate bass player, i find that Rush songs in particular require much more attention towards detail towards Geddy's playing as opposed to other bands. Technicaly, you are correct in saying that anybody can do a Rush cover, given much an effort of time and practice that is, not simply without much as much effort.

Despite what people are claiming, the fact is ANYBODY can do a Rush cover. The hard part IS finding a singer lke Geddy Lee.Too bad though, because you guys sounded better than the bands that did find a Geddy Lee singer I've heard so far.

Great job guys, great song. Did you guys make the diffuser behind the drum kit? I made one for my studio that looks quite a bit like it.

Is that an Ibanez Musician "bean" bass?! I just bought one of those on Ebay last year, same color... I didn't buy yours, did I? Been wanting one of those for years.

We actually did alot more tunes other than Kiss and Rush. we also did tunes from The Police, Dio, Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, Hendrix, Judas Priest, and other 80's bands. It just so happened on that day we played what you see here. We also taped a second set, that tape has never surfaced to this day from over 20 years ago. A new video is in the works with the guitar player and his son, and the drummer. Keep your eyes open for it.
