I had really bad hair loss after having LeeAnne! I usually have nice and thick hair and POOF gone..even still 18 months later my hair is falling out like mad..one day I'm going to wake up bald!!

Maybe that's why Erica decided to shave her head and wear a wig after Olivia was born. Hmm. That makes sense now.

im going through this now, its awful. my hair never fell out during pregnancy and now im scared to brush it because theres so much coming out :(

Keep taking prenatal vitamins, it will slow down the hair loss tremendously! 6 years ago after I had my 3rd child, my hair started falling out by the handfuls, and about 3 years ago it was still happening, we wanted to try for one more baby, so I started taking prenatal vitamins again, to my amazement, the hair loss stopped! Make sure you take high quality vits! Good luck y'all!

Thank you so much for posting a not so popular topic. I kept reading that it grows back but it is such a relief to see it in person. I'm shedding like crazy and I have long hair. Even My 4 year old is irritated with my finding my hair in all his toys.

you're sooooo right about the new growth. i seirously thot i was oblivious to taking care of it, but seriously on the tops of my forehead there is regrowth just like yours...and it just wotn stop falling out so much.

I had this afterwards as well. In the shower and all over the bathroom floor! My hair has always been thin and then when I got pregnant I had nice thick hair now its back to thin again ugh!

ugh! I'm right in the middle of post-partum-going-baldness. I'm so irritated with it right now. Did you cut your hair at all right after you had Henry? I heard if you do it might help your hair grow thicker...I'm considering giving my hair a chop.

I thought I was the only person that had this until my hairdresser mentioned it.... she sees it all the time. My 'baby hairs' are coming in too, a lot like yours. Crazy hormones!

My wife is dealing with that right now. Even though she knows it will come back, it still doesn't make it any easier while she's losing it. Thank God for the (As seen on TV) Snake drain thingy. It's been a lifesaver!

I have had hair fall out like crazy. Every morning I wake up and I run my hands through my hair and gets lots of strands come out, after the shower as well.
