Wierd I beaten the game twice and still don´t have him.

@benkapten1 Maybe that's due to the the version difference. The PC port unlocks New Goblin after finishing the game (I even chaecked it once again:) Anyway, don't regeret it, because it's only an alternative costume for the Green Gobbo:)
