i think ur mic was not plugged in properly, and if u want good quality , u need a condenser mic for vocals, and an audio interface to process good audio. however, there r "all in one combos" which is like a USB mic with a built in interface, quality is not as good as external interface + mic, but its good if ur on a budget and for simplicity :D nice singing btw and good effort in uidol!!
