Meet Barbara Ayisa, a farmer in Affumkrom, Ghana. Barbara is one of over 16,750 farmers who have been trained in sustainable farming and business enterprise through an MCC-funded program.

Barbara explains how her community's participation in the $241.5 million training program, implemented by Ghana's Millennium Development Authority (MiDA), has improved her own life and those of other women in Affumkrom.
