the 4 pin connects to a 4pin connector coming from your PSU or from a fan controller, .
most mobo's have a few connections for fans, you can find them in your manual which comes with the mobo
you can also get connectors for your normal molex which splits up into a few 4 pin fan connectors

@BMM51 Yes cheers. I have actually bought the fan now and it's pretty good. I know for next time that they are very cheeky - they don't lie but put "from 15db" "max 70cfm". Anyway I have enough fans now and that fan is pretty good. I did however buy another basic version which is silent but I can blow more air with my mouth than that does.
