Oh come the fuck on! The majority of my friends mothers have had them when they have been 40-49, and im not even shitting you!
So you would rather have someone else kids, and they go through the pain and all, and all you do is raise them? What the hell is going on with the world?
Downs syndrome tends to happen due to mutation, and NOT AGING! A womans body specificly biologically based to have children! My mother has my baby brother at 39. and thats nearly 40!

for some, getting a couple of, 'new kids' is like shopping for a car and having it delivered... sarah and matt's twins have arrived sounds weird... LA LA LAND... check reality at the door....

I doubt that is the case as she has already had one son. I think it is because she is older now. The risk of the baby being Down's Syndrome is much higher in your 40s.
