Old Farm is the same thing as Gateway. And yeah, I saw all the riders at the top when I rode by yesterday morning. Looks like they had a great turnout!

No - this goes down the side toward town. The one you're thinking of is called Hairball (or Jabberwocky, which merges with Hairball half way down).

Oh, and if you like steep and gnarly, have you been down Hairball? It's my favorite out there.

From the fire circle on top of Brush Mtn, go east toward 460 on the fire road. It stays fairly level for about 1/4 mile. Right before it turns downhill, there's a grassy pull-off on the right. Directly across the road there's a small trail going into the woods. That's Hairball. Rooty and steep at the top, really fast at the bottom :)

sweet vid man...this is the only black diamond trail i havent riding at pandapus...so does this trail just come out at the lower parking lot. oh and today i went riding over there on jacobs ladder and there was a DH race on Gateway. VT, WV, and Duke were just some of the teams i saw. it was sick. go ride btw!!!

Haha - I'll bet you were the one that passed me on Jacob's. I was the one riding up it on a black Santa Cruz Blur LT - though I think you passed me too fast to notice ;)
