  • Max rpm 75, 60 rpm in storms and 30 rpm is most usual. Doesen't get any better then this. Without charge.

  • maybe the lens should be at the bottom.. cuz it looks like its blocking the wind path.

  • Logical observation, but, lenz acts as fins, concentrating the wind on the helixes of the mag. Thanks and hugs

  • @MrRobert144 Thanks !!!

  • @billmalta1 Why do you say rol6711 is right? Marcotmm explained clearly why it's where it is and HE'S right. The advantage of this design is in the interaction of the two blade designs, which would not be there otherwise. What rol6711 is in effect suggesting is that they should be MISALIGNED in order to work better. Utterly false! That completely misses the whole point of the design.

  • wow this looks far better than any other but rol6711 is right...

what king of rpm do you usualy get on stronger wind?

  • Much better quality video. One of the goals for HobbyVAWT will be to develop a method of testing and rating the performance of a VAWT design. Let me know if you have any ideas.
