Good civic work, I wish everyone that posted did this. Also, your not supposed to film in the polling place but whats the harm in capturing your own voter screen with a small digital camera in video mode?
Same machines that are TWICE as likely to fail as other voting systems--Election Systems and Software (ES&S)'s iVotronic Touchscreens. They create what is known as "undervotes", which show NO VOTE cast on the ballot by the voter for a specific race...
These machines are made in MANILLA, in sweat shop factories by Philipino engineers making 2.00 an hour. No testing is done, outside of--get this--a "shake test". No kidding...
(cont.) We've learned that humidity causes a "pillowing"/ or a "bubbling up" of the screen components. This would cause calibration trouble, making it difficult to highlight your candidate's name--much like the experience you described in the video.
What makes YOUR experience SO unique is: I've NEVER heard of the calibration "jumping" randomly THROUGH THE OTHER CANDIDATES!!! This is stunning news. You're onto something, kid. Keep following it. I will be watching with great interest...
Wow. Wow, again. Thanks so much for making a video of your voting experience, mack! This is exactly what voters described in SARASOTA COUNTY in the screwy CD-13 race that dropped 18, 000 votes from the same paperless ES&S machines. Great job/ please post follow up video of how the local news station you contacted responds...
Will circulate this video wide. Thanks again for doing this. Video is the way to go with election fraud/ NO MEDIA on this one. Jeannnie Dean Sarasota, FL.
