@Honda16Kelly Here is the difference though. Brad did not intend to wreck Carl at Dega. It was Carl just running out of mulligans when he tried to block brad in the tri-oval.
This was clearly intentional. Obviously, Carl did not intend to flip Brad, but it happened, and with the wing, it was obvious that the drivers safety was in question. Brad did not deserve to get turned by a car multiple laps down, let alone flipped.
