@RG007145 And before you all start talking about composing, there again I say it's all in the styles. If we are going to talk of a objectively best composer I wouldn't doubt it was Bach, at least in our school of music. Not only for what he wrote itself, but also for laying down pretty much the basics of our contemporary music.

@RG007145 None is better. They both composed very different music, both achieved the closest thing to perfection that could be achieved in their style. As composers, I don't think they can be compared. If you're playing the "deaf" card, I could tell you that a) he knew how things sounded when he was deaf, so there was no problem in that, or b) I could play the pianist card, since mozart is said to be the best pianist ever to walk the Earth.

So please, don't compare. They are both at the top
