Peter Lowrey from the www.endinghunger.org team travels to Hyderabad, India to investigate urban hunger.

Hyderabad, a city of 10 million located in Southern India, has a booming information technology sector. However, the city is riddled with slums overflowing with migrants from rural poverty. Peter interviews one of the residents, a widow named Yadamma, and finds outs why and how she and her family ended up living in a shack begging for food. Bharath from Action Aid who guides Peter into the slum talks about what ordinary people can do to help someone like her.
