Mad Men - Don & Rachel - Jesus of the Moon

'Honey' was the first video I ever made and I actually wanted to use the Nick Cave song (from the album Dig, Lazarus, Dig!') I've used here, only I couldn't get WMM to co-operate with the file at the time. Turns out all I needed to do was convert the file type ....

So, here's the video I wanted to make first time, except longer and hopefully, better ... combining two of my favourite things - amc's brilliant, Emmy-nominated series Mad Men and the music of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.

I love them as a couple. She's the only one who didn't sleep with Don...right away. Don has much more chemistry with Rachel than with Betty, who's basically the trophy wife that doesn't pose any kind of allure fore him besides her physical beauty. Even thought Rachel is married now, her and Don will continue their romance because she is the only one smart and genuine enough to keep Don interested.

And this is a great song!

Great video and song choice. I was watching the AMC Madmen Marathon yesterday and got addicted.

Rachel is the only person Don does anything like opening up for and it is too much for him. I loved the break up, and hope she comes back to the show.

Beautiful video, really! Sadly there are not many Don/Rachel videos, so thank you for making this one.

It's a shame Rachel disappeared so fast. Her chenistry with Don is unique and she's intelligent enough to keep up with him and keep his interest. I think that their relationship would have had a future.

I don't think it's likely for the producers to bring her back, but if they do that would be another great benefit for this wonderful show.
