Kaley Corgi's approach to an obedience trial. She was to heel off lead, and I lost her with her lagging behind. The judge said...."Fast" and as I picked up the pace, Kaley corgi comes after me and decides to do her own thing...for over a minute!

We did not qualify!

  • watch kc frap in the ring on other youtube vids, one time was in the ring for two minutes, other times she runs to another ring and back to my ring, the judge heard a whooooooooooooosh!

  • that is a hard one to correct....some say start to leave the ring, but kc does her own thing regardless.. definitely do not chase your dog!

  • I LOVE when folks have the sense of humor to swallow pride, enjoy the happiness of the dog and post something like this. :-)

I have a Pharaoh Hound who's nearing the age of an Obedience Pharaoh, she's 8. Maybe sometime in the next few years? LOL!!

  • @perrtl pride??? gave that long go, considering what kc puts me through in the ring... i go and have fun, and just happy when in agility, she lets me run sometimes too!!!!!!!! sometimes she does all the running and i use my 45 seconds trying to get her to ....."come kaley, come...COME!"......kc IS eight....and obedience is not her thing in this life time!!!!!!!!!!!

  • kc show obedience career ended quickly, but she did Q in rally that same afternoon, but we go on to have more fun in the agility ring....where running is more her style!

  • LOL, my dog goes absolutely insane zoomy like this in agility trials sometimes. The judges usually get really mad. Any tips for what to do to control this? Or to get the dog to actually come back to you when they just want to do zoomies?

  • HHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAH! I love that dog!!

  • That's some amazing obedience. Looks like your pooch had a great time. :)

  • This is so fantastic! Such a moment that all the hard work and effort is unimportant & you can just laugh histarically at your crazy dog. I've gotta admit, I love those moments.

  • she is herding imaginary sheep!! what a hoot. corgis are full of surprises!! c:

  • Gotta love that corgi exhuberance! LOL

  • I think I have watched this 20 times. I love happy dogs and your pup deserves a mega happy trophy!!
