What I love about this track is it's as cool today as it was when released in December 1965, 40 years on and it's still got it! Composed by all the Miracles (including Marv Tarplin) it charted well on both the pop and r&b charts.

This is one of the best songs ever. I saw The Stones doing it live & it was great, but Smokey Robinson & The Miracles' record is even better. Thanks for posting it

@loosestudios Marvin "Marv" Tarplin (June 13, 1941 – September 30, 2011) was an American guitarist and songwriter, best known as the guitarist for The Miracles during the 1950s through the early 1970s.also Still Water Run Deep for the Fours Tops Died Sept 30.2011 As a songwriter, Tarplin co-wrote Miracles hits including "Tracks of My Tears," "My Girl Has Gone" and "The Love I Saw in You Was Just a Mirage." Smokey "Robinson on solo hits such as 1979's "Cruisin" and "Being With You."
