Yes, this *was* BlackSheep. In September 08, The 9 Women of the California Troupe reformed under the name WildCard BellyDance.
The name BlackSheep BellyDance is owned by Kajira Djoumahna in Hawaii, who still produces Tribal Fest and teaches the BSBD format under that name. So the answer to your question is both no and yes.
The troupe is now WildCard BellyDance, they continue to dance and teach BSBD as well as their own ATS moves and styles. They are still directed by Seba and still rock!
