@tru3r0ll3r When you visit North Korea, you will not see the depressing parts. That's the point. You're not allowed to go anywhere. You get to see Pyongyang and are restricted to the tour you're given. Pyongyang is home to the "elite", the party supporters of the DRPK. You don't talk to commoners, they don't talk to you - usually. The truth is that the majority of N. Korea goes hungry lives in poverty, the citizens are exploited for work and many have to live their entire lives in prison camps.

These documentaries make it seem like a depressing and very restricted place to visit, it can't be as bad as that surely? They don't want you to see the real shit of course, and there's that military woman listening in the background, but the girl seems like decent craic, if that's your guide, and it looks like you're having a laugh
