the original Zombies didn't have a virus at all; in fact most of them didn't eat flesh either ("return of..." started the "braaiiins" thing). the constant in throughout zombie films is that their is no constant. u can't get mad when fictional things vary their behaviors. this movie is easily as good as that soap opera Walking Dead.
