jasmine rice is high GI better to use basmati its lower in GI and keep u fuller longer

@star83 ya i was reading about how raw cold processed coconut oil which is solid at room temperature is basically the healthiest thing in the world and has all these natural compounds that are anti aging, anti viral, immune boosting, good for lots of things.

@mcarter09 Obviously if one side is dusty the other side, in this case the bottom which is actually what could effect the food, cannot be. Unless she stored it sideways, which would be bizarre.
