I think a little differently. This is my opinion on the "boy slapping his mom on dr phil" video. Sorry the video is off from the audio a little. It's just the way direct uploads work sometimes.
please note* i actually LIKE dr phil and his show. This is nothing against him. I did not see the entire show. Just the 2 videos of the kid slapping his mom. This video was made in response to what i saw in THOSE two videos.

  • ok, im kinda with you on hearing the kid out, maybe your right bout that. but, the kid CAN be controlled, if taught properly. regardless whether the mom is nice or not, its whether the mom is just to the kids actions. and yes, it is the moms fault for being abusive to her child.

btw, in your response to diva, wat did you mean by this statement: "How about, 'parents should be abusive to begin with!' " ?

im really not sure wat you meant by that

  • @linkfan2015 omg, i just saw my typo! I meant, SHOULDNT*. lol, thanks for pointing that out! so i can correct my mistake.

And thank you so much for staying open minded and hearing me out, rather than be blinded by what you see. (if that makes any sense). I agree with what you say, and i DO think the kid CAN be controlled. I just dont agree with everyone else when they say the kid is totally at fault. I dont believe he is.

  • .....controlling chid.......

  • @1ecajun eh, i dont really think that exists. But if you think so, who's fault do you really think that is?? really? You think he is genetically born to be controlling, or TAUGHT to be. Seriously, think about that one before you answer. Does his mom look or seem like the nicest person in the world?

  • That guy is cool

  • I totally agree with you!!!! Every other person commenting this clip is just saying: "beat the damn kid!" I am chocked how many american people there are who believe in spanking/whopping etc. Here in Sweden, we forbade that kind of shit during the seventies!! And our kids are still well-mannered! Our kids know that violence is NOT ok, ever! The kid on Dr. Phil clearly has issues (maybe due to this sister´s death) and so does the mama! Just beating the hell out of him wouldn’t solve ANYTHING!!!

  • @trashbash2001 hey, no problem. and i agree, he may not be at fault. and your welcome, i dont know how many open minded people there are out here that will see through this kind of stuff, so, yea

  • @Divachixx i agree with u on all of that. I dont think the slap really helped the situation, on the other hand, it actually MIGHT have, seein as it's a "wake up" for the mom to realize how bad the situation really is. But regardless, i dont see the 'slap' as the biggest issue in this video. I think the mom has got way more problems than the kid. And btw, "even if the parents are abusive, i still think NO ONE should slap their parents"?

How about, "parents SHOULD'NT be abusive to begin with!"

  • @RayWilliamJohansen ah ok. cool haha. well, no offense. But i dont agree.

(check my response to megalv99 IF you're curious why....if not, have good day)

  • @trashbash2001 lol i wanted ti use that word instead of YES

  • @Inae242 sorry if i replied to your comment twice. The page gets a bit confusing with all of the debates and mistakes can happen.
