Crazy son in Capiz kills parents, chops and cooks father's head

A mentally-ill son axed to death his parents and cooked the severed head of his father early morning last September 22, 2009 in Brgy. Linampungan, Pontevedra, Capiz. Neighbors knew of 25 year-old Ferdinand dela Vega's mental state but, they confessed, nothing had prepared them for his grisly crime.
