It's a divinely inspired playing certainly... I could listen to this for a long, long time...I really love the Richter and Ashkenazy versions, but this has something indescribably different..Thank you for sharing.

clairvoyant, 'clear/vision' is used here to appreciate the extent to which Feinberg creates the illusion of being in spiritual contact with the composer. Nothing more, of course, but then nothing less as well. Schnabel can give the illusion of channeling Beethoven, particularly in slow movements. Listen to Natan Brand play Schubert's Moments Musicaux on this channel; same thing.
