once in the college of winterhold the game glitched out so there was a chest under the map so i looted the chest and it had the fire storm spell and the riddle things to get it

your video isn't very useful, does the aoe effect follow you around like a cloak spell? and what's the range of lightning storm? you are aiming at the ground.
