Justin was the guest vocalist on this song from Rick Wakeman's Return to the Centre of the Earth album.

Experiment Day 8: It was an obvious choice to use cave photographs for this subject. Photos are of major caves throughout the United States. I wanted this to look different from the "On the Road" video, so the challenge was to find a different and interesting way to present these slides. I also explored alternatives for titles and ending credits.

You will see two or more versions of each photo; at least one will be a 'normal' shot. The other(s) have one or more video effect treatments from the Windows XP movie maker software. I haven't used the effects much in the past, so it seemed like a good excuse to try them out. Also, I wanted to explore more ways to introduce motion to still photos.

Since this is still just one more learning exercise, I didn't emphasize editing for rhythm for this piece.

FYI: You can watch Jon Anderson perform this song live from a recent Rick Wakemen concert in Quebec. That footage is also on YouTube.

  • beautiful piece of music!!!

  • I was one of the first people to have this album, and Justin is perfect for this song, penned by Rick Wakeman.

  • Now isn't it ironic ( and yes I know that's a song) that Patrick Moraz briefly replaced Wakeman in Yes before coming to the Moodies. And here's Justin on a Wakeman album. I just love the interconnectedness of all this.

  • This song always resets my spiritual clock.

  • @audiomez "Return To The Center of the Earth", by Rick Wakeman. Originally released in 1999. Bought it when it came out but pretty hard to find these days. Best bet would be Ebay or Amazon used or a Torrent. Issued on EMI Classics.

  • @languagedancer Or how about Justin and Annie Haslam? Love to see the two of them perform together.

Listen up... I saw Grandpa Mick not to long ago in concert. Unless Justin had a serious accident he can still write and sing for his long time friends. Those of us that listened to him since 1967.

  • @ThisBoyTV Oh sure, guess he made all the money - Well Deserved ! - but, you know, he's been using that beautiful voice for DECADES non stop - give the guy a break! ~ Luv' Ya' D. J. H. !! ~

  • Amazing that a person with such a beautiful voice hasn't put out a record in years. Guess he made all the money he wanted and is saying fu.
