Nice review, and much appreciated. I do however, have a complaint:That ticking noise you make after every sentence is annoying as hell.

Damn, I'm gonna have to upgrade. I've been looking at one of those, wasn't sure but you've convinced me.

i'm thinking about getting one of these, but shipping to australia is expensive. so i'd like to ask: is the gun vise's construction heavy plastic or metal? is it more suited for just cleaning applications or would you take it to the range and use it as a bench rest for shooting?
i've seen and heard plenty of recommendations, but not much about the specific details.
thanks for any help you can offer.

@KrAUSerMike It's mostly plastic, but it's good construction. I wouldn't use it for actual shooting, just sighting in. You need an actual shooting rest if you're going to firing rounds.

this is a very handy piece of equiment. thinking you could purchase one these that was made of metal for $100 is foolish

@swwy5 Yeah, it's unrealistic, but a boy can dream!

Does it hold a long rifle like a remington 700 police?
Nice video!

@Gunsfromholland I'm planning on another video with several guns displayed in the vise, the longest I have is a Kel-tec su-16c, so you'll get a better look
