Surveillance Drone Spotted Near Chicago - For NATO Summit?

This was filmed in Elgin, Illinois about 40 miles from Chicago. I assume it's for the NATO summit this week as a security measure.

Saw one the monday after the NATO summit out west of Yorkville Il. it was an awkward feeling watching it float across the night sky because it made no noise until it was directly overhead.Just hope we dont ever hear of one going off course into a football stadium or school yard full of unsuspecting law abiding citizens.If Iran can bring one of the top drones in the military arsenal down someone could access these with a universal remote from walmart .

I read an article from a political publication called the American Thinker. It said we currently have about 207 unmanned drones over our skies. This was a couple months ago so I'm sure there are more by now. I don't like it a bit.

These things are real. They've flown them right over my roof, and buzzed around the entire area around my property using weapons.
