one of my favorite smallville scenes... clark's an idiot. chloe is absolutely adorable! lana, on the other hand, is a drama queen.

It must've been really difficult for Clark to decide who to choose:
Lana was a complete drama queen who wouldn't stop falling in love with guys who ended up trying to kill her or other people.
Chloe was a spunky, adorable girl, but her nosiness and devotion to find out the secrets of others and make it newsworthy made her a questionable secret keeper.
and
Lois was a perfect choice for keeping Clark in check, except Clark saw her only as a annoying yet loyal friend.
