Every part of the world is on the verge of bankruptcy, except Russia and China, because they have just signed a treaty establishing them as credit system to credit system. China investing U.S. debt. The world economy is heading into a Weimar Germany 1923 collapse. China today is a civilized nation when Europe and the British have yet to show that they are -- still pursuing empire and wars. China has been used as a cheap labor market and allowed to have certain industries generously, but was not allowed to have the technology that it needed. China was cut off from the U.S. and the British from having certain high technologies. The Afghanistan problem is a British problem and it is using that country to run a drug operation and the Dubai financial center was a key to it. Osama Ben Laden is being protected by the United States, British and Saudis from being captured in Pakistan. But he is not the guilty party. The guilty party was the British BAE together with the Saudi influences finance the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the United States. 911 was a British-Saudi operation against the United States with certain international elements associated with the U.S. Government. 911 was predicted by LaRouche in January 2001; that in that year we had to expect a major terrorist operation inside the United States used for the purpose of installing the authority of the George W. Bush Jr. operation. The BAE and the Saudis ran part of the 911 operation and probably all of it.
