in order to be that good you gotta training from infancy no?

Not necessary. Kids can improve their elasticity like 5 time faster than adults but even adults can. I think if you are adult you need some years of martial arts like TKD to start self lear some trick with success, and more than 10 year to reach Ryouko's levels.
