A perfectly executed masterpiece, all-time American classic of a song. I think Brian Wilson was quoted as saying that this is the single greatest pop single ever produced. Pretty hard to disagree with that statement. As soon as you here the drum intro, you know exactly what this is.
Can you imagine being in the studio on the day this song was created and committed to tape? It would be like witnessing history.
Definitely in my top 10 favorite songs of all time.
